Originally launched as a home brewing experiment in 2005, To Øl was officially founded in 2010, operating as a gypsy brewery by utilizing spare capacity at other breweries. In 2019, we acquired a former ketchup factory in Western Zealand, Denmark, where we began building a fully customized brewery and craft beverage hub known as To Øl City.
