Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we want to be as flexible as possible. If you need to cancel your booking, please do so in good time.

Cancellations made at least 3 days before the booked date will be fully refunded.

For cancellations made less than 3 days before the booked date, unfortunately, it is not possible to issue a refund.
